Hello, I'm Annie
I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over a decade of experience helping people build healthier relationships with food and themselves. My husband and I live in Severna Park, Maryland, where we’re raising our daughters to value community, curiosity, and care for the Chesapeake Bay.

You'll often find me at the gym, with my girls on playdates, or out on the water. I love cooking for friends and neighbors (especially when there's a new baby to celebrate!) — because to me, food has always been a form of love.

Just like a hug, a good laugh, or a hard workout, I believe nutrition heals — body, mind, and spirit.

My Story
I began my career as a clinical dietician working with patients undergoing bariatric surgery, guiding them both before and after their procedures to build healthier, sustainable habits for lifelong success. Those years taught me that nutrition change is deeply personal — it’s not just about what’s on the plate, but about the emotions, mindset, and environment behind it.
At the same time, I worked in acute care on weekends and part-time, sharpening my skills in clinical nutrition assessment, lab interpretation, and medical nutrition therapy. I learned how to advocate for patients within the interdisciplinary team, ensuring their nutritional care truly supported their recovery and overall well-being.

While I loved the science, fast pace, and challenge of clinical work, what stood out most to me wasn’t just the science — it was the people. I saw how complicated food and health can feel when life gets overwhelming, and I realized my true passion was in nutrition education and behavior change — empowering people to make lasting, realistic improvements that fit their lives.

My Philosophy
Nutrition isn’t about perfection or restriction. It’s about understanding.
Whether you’re navigating food sensitivities, managing a medical condition, or simply trying to feel better in your own skin throughout everyday life, I meet you exactly where you are — no judgment, no one-size-fits-all advice.

I’m not here to chase quick fixes; I’m here to help you create meaningful, lasting change that fits who you are and where you are in life.
As your dietitian, I can be:
• Your guide — helping you translate complex nutrition science into clear, actionable steps.
• Your cheerleader — celebrating your progress every step of the way and celebrating every win, big or small.
• Your accountability partner — keeping you focused and motivated.
• Your advocate — ensuring your nutrition supports your overall health and happiness.
Why Work With Me
Over the years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life — from busy parents and collegiate athletes to postnatal women and retired Marines managing complex medical histories. No matter where you’re starting, your background, or your goals, I approach your care with the same goal and commitment: to help you feel your absolute best and achieve the results you once thought were out of reach.
Here’s what sets my approach apart:

-
Personalization with Purpose: Your goals, health history, and lifestyle are unique. I take the time to learn and understand you — then design strategies that actually fit and work for your reality.
-
Evidence Meets Empathy: My background in clinical nutrition gives me the science; my heart for people gives me the connection. You’ll never feel like just another patient on the schedule.
-
Sustainability Over Perfection: I’ll teach you how to build habits you can sustain — not quick fixes or fad diets.
-
Whole-Person Healing: True wellness goes beyond food. Together, we’ll focus on energy, confidence, mindset, and the small daily choices that add up to a lifelong healthy lifestyle.
Let’s Work Together

Whether your goal is to find balance after years of dieting, gain control of your eating habits, manage
food sensitivities or a chronic condition, or feel stronger and more confident in your body, you don’t have to do it alone.

I’m here to listen, encourage, guide, and walk with you through every step of your journey toward feeling
your best, and help you rediscover what it feels like to be truly nourished.

Let’s build a plan that fits your life — not the other way around.
